Jiming Xu is a recent architecture graduate working at the intersection of architectural design and building technology research.
In architectural design, his work explores an integrative design methodology in which fundamental aspects of design are considered and addressed through a unified process.
Additionally, Jiming Xu is passionate about design informed by structural thinking and is currently self-studying structural engineering. This interest has led him to develop skills in both computational design tools and physical prototyping and fabrication.
Jiming Xu received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tianjin University, and graduated with a Master of Advanced Architectural Design degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
